Personal Information
In accordance with the “Quality Assurance Scheme-Standards and Specifications” of Languages Canada, personal records are kept confidential in compliance with the federal Privacy Act. Student records are kept in a secure location and are accessed only by authorized personnel. Personal information is received through the Student Application form and electronic data is stored securely on an off-site internal server. Personal information is updated on the firt day of programs and students are encouraged to update any contact information with Admissions Personnel. Any information gathered through this website is saved securely on an off-site internal server. The information is used solely for the purpuse of providing the services requested from Intrax Canada.
