Position: Program Advisor

Position Description:
Intrax Canada Corp. is currently hiring a dependable self-starter for a new Program Advisor position at our office in Vancouver, BC. The Program Advisor will help promote, assist and coordinate our outbound programs by making connections between candidates, companies and universities.
 
In this role, the successful candidate will support students and volunteers through the program application process with the goal of increasing enrollment numbers. We are looking for a highly energetic and personable individual who can consistently reach out to our prospective customers and build relationships over the telephone. In addition, the Program Advisor will be expected to promote and recruit candidates for all our outbound programs and will be a key player in our Work in the US programs.
 
The Program Advisor's responsibilities include:
  • Execute outbound sales calls to interested students, volunteers, and parents in timely fashion
  • Set expectations about program requirements and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage phone and web inquires using our lead tracking system (including e-mails)
  • Provide weekly reports about sales metrics using Salesforce and other IT tools
  • Collect applications, create and deliver invoices, and collect appropriate fees
  • Interview, enroll, and support program participants via phone, Skype and chat
  • Coordinate and send marketing material to students, universities, and clubs
  • Support operations and marketing teams in new material and program development
  • Additional sales and administrative duties as necessary

Qualifications:
  • University graduate
  • Sales, marketing, and/or customer service experience
  • Must be a native English speaker
  • Must be a Canadian citizen
